SOLIMPEX S.A. is manufacturer, importer, distributor and dealer of aliphatic, aromatic and oxygenated solvents. These are imported in bulk in tanker ships and trucks from Argentina, Brazil, the USA, Mexico and Europe. The company supplies said products to the most important manufactures of paint, dilutant, adhesives, wax, printing copper mining. It has a plant for the storage of liquid chemical agents with 4,000 m3capacity consisting of 22 pools with different capacities, and it own a fleet of trucks used for the dispatches.

SALMOVET
The salmon area of Agrovet started in 1995 to meet the requirements of the emerging salmon industry in the country. In the beginning, the salmon area focused on solving specific problems for the producers. Since 2000, Agrovet incorporated the experience in other productive areas and the market demand to generate own developments especially in the biological area, which made Agrovet, after some years of market develop, one of the main suppliers of biological products for the cultivation of salmon in Chile. Given the growth of the company, in 2009 the Salmon area of Agrovet was separated as an independent division named Salmovet.
