Mathiesen Colombia Attends Andina Paint
On June 28 and 29, our Coatings team at MATHIESEN COLOMBIA took part of the second “STAR” technical day that took place in the city of Medellin, Colombia, which was attended by over 100 people of the industrial and coating sectors of the country. This event was also attended by over 60 technicians of the sector.
Our Biocides technician, Juan Camilo Baez, gave a presentation on the “Important variables in the use of biocides,” aimed at various industrial sectors. The main subjects addressed included:
- Different chemical properties of preservatives.
- Main sources of microbial contamination in coatings.
- Antibacterial product alternatives.
- and alternatives for “In Can” and “Dry Film” protection.
